• Build positive and collaborative relationships with our carrier partners to resolve invoice discrepancies identified by the system.
• Utilize the RateLinx system to provide invoice adjustment data to carriers.
• Identify and ensure sustainable solutions are executed in addressing invoicing discrepancies.
